Hi, We are having breakfast on the Boardwalk then heading to Epcot. What is the best way to get from POR to Boardwalk and then from Boardwalk to Epcot? Thank you!

    Hi Angela,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you are already mapping out your transportation options!

Since you are planning to head to Epcot afterwards, it sounds as if you have valid theme park admission and plan to use it for that day. If so, you could take Disney Bus Transportation to Epcot, enter the park, walk to International Gateway and exit to the BoardWalk area. Or, since it may be early in the morning and bus transportation might not get you to your dining reservation in time, I also suggest that you consider using the Minnie Van™ Service or another ride service like Uber. Although I do not believe this applies to you, if you wanted to avoid using theme park admission, I would follow this advice from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Mona Leigh.

My family adores Disney's BoardWalk area. We stayed at Disney's BoardWalk Inn for part of our last visit and it was lovely to be able to walk to Epcot. We almost always do a pre-park opening dining reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. On our last visit, we were actually the first in the check-in line just before 8:00 a.m. and we were done by 9:00 a.m. so that we could jump in the standby line for Frozen Ever After!

Angela, the walk to Epcot from Disney's BoardWalk area took us no longer than 10 minutes on our last visit. Just be sure to leave yourself some time to explore the BoardWalk area after breakfast!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
