Hello Sally!
I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney today. I hope you're still in the middle of a picture-perfect vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, but if you've already returned home, I hope you're still full of magic, pixie dust, and Mickey-shaped snacks. Let's talk through all the
Memory Maker details so you can look back on your beautiful vacation memories for years to come.
Memory Maker includes all the photos and videos captured within 30 days of activation. While you can take advantage of special pricing by purchasing at least 3 days before your trip's start date, some guests prefer to wait until they are on site (or even back home) to view their images before deciding to purchase and download.
Your
images will be visible in the Photo Gallery of your My Disney Experience app once linked. This can be done with a MagicBand, MagicBand+, or with a photo card presented by a
Disney PhotoPass Photographer after you've said "cheese." You can also
link attraction photos, which are always good for a few giggles!
Your photos will be watermarked until you decide to purchase Memory Maker. Once you're ready to proceed, navigate to an image captured on your
first park day, expand the image, and follow the prompts to purchase and activate Memory Maker right from the app. Once activated, the watermarks will be removed, and you can begin downloading and sharing your magical photos. Just be sure to download before they expire 45 days from the date of capture.
Sally, I hope this helped. If you have additional questions, please come back and let us know. If you're still on-site and need real-time technical support, you can also visit the
Guest Experience Team stationed under blue umbrellas in the parks.
Magic and memories,
Amy
