The California Resident Tickets Offer was a fantastic offer for eligible Guests, giving them more access to the parks at a great value. However, sometimes life gets in the way of our magical plans. The good news is that, despite tickets being non-refundable, if your California Resident Ticket is wholly unused, you can typically apply the value toward the purchase of a
standard admission ticket or
Magic Key.
Feel free to call the
Tickets phone line to speak with a friendly Cast Member about whether your ticket is eligible for a Magic Key upgrade or standard admission ticket purchase. You can also attempt to make this
upgrade or pay the difference for a standard ticket using the Disneyland mobile app. Have your method of payment handy! Credit, debit, and Disney Gift Cards are all great options.
Your special ticket offer isn't the only one of its kind! There are always special offers available, which you can check out on the
Offers & Discounts page. There's a Kids' Summer Ticket Offer, for example, which will be a great way for families to experience the parks this summer. Maybe there's an offer you'll want to take advantage of soon!
