I am so sorry you have not received your
Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket confirmation email. Here are a few questions for you:
1. Have you checked your junk or spam folder? These MAGICAL emails can inadvertently make their way into the wrong folder. That has happened to me before, so make sure you check there first.
2. Did you order your Disney Theme Park Tickets online through your
My Disney Experience Account? If the answer is yes, then your tickets can be found in your account. To find your tickets, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right of the
Walt Disney World main webpage and select
My Plans. Then, scroll down to the section called
Reservations and Tickets to select the tab for
Ticket and Memory Maker.
3. If you do not find your Disney Theme Park Tickets there, then you can either call (407) W-DISNEY or use the chat feature on the Walt Disney World website to talk to a Cast Member. FYI...The chat feature is AWESOME, and the Cast Member I chatted with just today was PRACTICALLY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!
