We haven't moved to florida yet however I called and they said I could bring my homeowners insurance policy but it can't be older then 2 months however homeowners insurance is paid once a year. So how would that work for Florida pass? Is that still valid?

    Hi Annalisa,

Lots of people call Florida home during only part of the year but are still eligible for the Florida residents passes. If you do not have an official Florida ID, there are a number of other ways to show that you qualify for the discounted tickets.

Your homeowners policy is one of them, but you also can use a recent utility bill, mortgage statement, auto registration or similar documents. You can find a complete list of Florida residents validation requirements at this link.

I hope clarifies the requirements for you. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. I love being a Florida resident passholder, and I'm happy to help.
