Hi Dee,
Welcome to planDisney!
Ahhh...the missing
advanced dining reservation dilemma. I had that issue in the past! If you have not done so already, check your
My Disney Experience Account. Login and click on My Plans. The dining reservations may have automatically linked there when you made them. If not,
contact a Cast Member in Dining. I have done so in the past to retrieve dining confirmation numbers so I could
link them to My Disney Experience account.
Once you get those dining reservations
linked, make sure you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations. And, be sure to check the
theme park availability calendar for the dates of your visit. As happy as I am that you have those dining reservations, I also have to make sure that you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded. On our most recent visit, I loved being able to use
Mobile Dine Check-in to check-in for our dining reservations. You can also take advantage of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability.
As you continue to plan, I trust you have assembled your crew and organized your
matching shirts. We wore matching shirts and Disney masks on our last visit. One of our girls was in charge of coordinating! Also, review the
operational updates since procedures could change prior to your visit.
Dee, even though the park procedures were a little different, we had the most
Incredible time on our last trip. Sending you a little extra dining reservation pixie dust trusting that you will get those confirmation numbers and get them linked in My Disney Experience so that you can get ready to return to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
