I haven't been to Disney in 13 years, making reservations for my family's 5/2013 stay. All five of us are on the dining plan. I have to enter my credit card info to get reservations for dinner. Does this get refunded when we arrive for dinner?

    Hi Angela,

For the majority of the restaurants, your credit card is used as a guarantee. This means that in the event that you do not show and do not cancel, you will be charged a fee. However, restaurants such as Cinderella's Royal Table charge the full amount in advance if you are not on the Disney Dining Plan (DDP). Since you have signed up for the DDP, your best bet is to call 407-WDW-DINE and ask them to be sure it is notated on your reservation. If it is listed, you should not be charged for any of your meals in advance. If you are being asked for your credit card in advance online, it is likely that it is not linked correctly on your reservation.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation. Please let me know if I can assist you further,
