I haven’t been able to pay my recent payment for my magic key. I realized that my magic key has been suspended and I was wondering how long do I have to pay it off.

Hi Melanie! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

I hope you've been enjoying your year of increased access to the magic, discounts, and exclusive perks. I became a Magic Key holder myself for the first time this year. I especially love the dining discounts associated with my Magic Key. We're foodies and we love to dine in the parks, so it's a great value to us as a family to be able to use that discount.

According to the current contract terms of Magic Keys, any existing theme park reservations are canceled and you can't enter the parks with your Magic Key if you miss a payment and are suspended. You will remain unable to enter the parks until you update your method of payment. No one wants that! If you'd like to get back to enjoying your Magic Key, update the method of payment as soon as possible by calling the dedicated phone line for Monthly Payments. A friendly Cast Member will help you get your Magic Key payment details updated, so you can get back to exploring all the new experiences coming to the parks in 2024.

A returning favorite has been announced for the new year: Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will be making its return in March. If you love to sample tasty food and beverages, be sure to check out the Disney Eats blog, which will have all the details on what to expect during the festival. I can't wait to put together my must-eat and must-drink list for our upcoming visit.

    Have a magical day.
