David Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a a BA pre paid experience voucher for a 7 day pass and have a voucher number . I can’t seem to link this via my Disney experience app . Do I need to do this to book entries into the park or do I get the tickets at the entrance

Hey there, hi there, ho there, David, you're as welcome as can be at planDisney! It's lovely to help a fellow UK Guest plan their trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth... let the memories begin.

Your dream Disney holiday is on the horizon, and I’m delighted to help with your question about those all-important park tickets. The 7-day and 14-day Magic Tickets, for Guests who reside in the UK and Ireland, add so much sparkle to your holiday. You can visit all four of Disney's magical theme parks as well as Disney's splashtastic Water Parks (be sure to make time for a lazy lounge around Castaway Creek at Typhoon Lagoon!)

I’m happy to share that with these Magic Tickets we no longer need to make park reservations, so you don't need to have your tickets linked to your account in advance of your trip. Hopefully this brings a little reassurance, David.

It sounds like you have booked your 7-day Magic Ticket separately from your accommodation, so your ticket ID reservation number can be found at the top of the page under the barcode. To link your tickets, go to your My Disney Experience Account on the website and select “Park Tickets", then enter your ticket ID reservation number.

If you haven't been given a Disney Reservation Number, I recommend contacting your travel provider directly, as you can't access it any other way.

Alternatively, once you arrive at Disney World, right before your magical adventure is about to begin, you can visit one of the theme park ticket windows. You'll just need to show your ticket confirmation email along with your photo ID, and then you're all set for a day of Mickey-shaped snacks!

If you're anything like me, David, I like to have my park tickets organised before I arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, so I can sit back and relax knowing it's all taken care of. So I recommend contacting your travel provider before your trip, as they will be able to help link your tickets by providing the ticket ID number.

Top Tip: Did you know that Miniature Golf is also included in your Magic Ticket? My family loves taking a swing at Winter Summerland and Fantasia Gardens and Fairways- it's a tee-rrific way to spend an evening!

I hope this has helped make your holiday plans practically perfect in every way, David. If there is anything else I can help with, please stop by and see me anytime at planDisney.

    Magic Awaits,

    Abi
