Is haunted mansion too scary for a 5 yo girl. I know every kid is different. Just wanting an opinion. Husband and I have only been to disney as a couple and as children. Never with our own children. Can't wait, but not sure about the mansion.

Hi Amy!  The Haunted Mansion is advertised as an attraction for all ages but it can be frightening for smaller children.  However, when my children were younger, I found that if I warned them on what to expect, they were fine.  If your daughter tends to scare easily, you may want to go on the attraction first to determine if you think she will like it.  You can also watch a video clip with her here to help prep her.  One thing I used to do with my children was to buy them a pin for the new attraction they went on for the first time.  It was a little incentive to get them to try things that I knew they would enjoy - plus, it creates a great pin collection with lots of memories.  Diane
