Now that Harmony barber shop is up and running, how do I make a reservation. I have a resort reservation for February, how far out am I able to make a reservation and what time do reservations open? Thanks!

    Hiya, Noelle!

I'm so glad you've made your way to planDisney with your question. Thanks for stopping by!  It sounds like you were as excited as I was to hear the news that Harmony Barber Shop was finally reopening in July 2022.  My oldest two children had their first haircuts on Main Street, U.S.A., and while it won't be their first cut, I can't wait to include my twins in this family tradition during our next visit.  I hope your family enjoys this magical experience as much as we have and I'm happy to share a few details about making reservations at Harmony Barber Shop to help you prepare for your upcoming visit.

Like other experiences from the Enchanting Extras Collection, reservations for Harmony Barber Shop can be made up to 60 days in advance.  This means reservations for February 2023 will open up at the beginning of December (although your specific booking will depend on the date you plan to enjoy this experience).  When it's time to book, you can make reservations on the Walt Disney World website or by calling (407) 939-7529.

To help you prepare for your visit, here are a few things you'll want to keep in mind.  Harmony Barber Shop Guests should arrive at their appointment with clean hair.  Shampooing isn't available with any of these services.  Also, while your stylist may use a spray bottle of water to dampen your hair, cuts are generally performed on dry hair if necessary.  And finally, remember that you'll need valid theme park admission and a Disney Park Pass reservation for Magic Kingdom Park to enjoy this service (unless you're planning to Park Hop to Magic Kingdom after 2 PM).  Because Disney Park Pass reservations can fill up quickly as the date approaches, I recommend making your theme park reservations as soon as possible to help make sure that you can enjoy this experience, as planned.

Again, thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Noelle.  If you think of new planning questions as your visit approaches, I hope you'll stop by again –– we're always here to help!

    Happy Planning,
    Amy
