How hard is it to remove 1 ticket from a group of 4. Something happened and 1 person cannot make it to our reservations coming up, but everyone else can. is there a way to separate them so that 1 person can use their tickets later?

    Hello, Chrystal!

Thank you for coming to planDisney. I think there's an easy solution to your question, so let's get to it!

I'm sorry that one of your companions won't make it to the Disneyland Resort this time. I'm glad to share that as long as their ticket is still valid and unused, they will be able to apply its value toward purchasing another ticket in the future. They will be able to review the ticket rules in this link, and I hope they can come to the Disneyland Resort soon!

Now let me tell you how to cancel that specific reservation. You will log into your Disneyland account, choose "Ticket and Reservation Details," and select "View My Park Reservations." Once you're on that page, you will see that every ticket has its reservation. The next step is to cancel the reservation associated with that ticket. After that, you'll be good to go!

I hope you and your party have an extraordinary time at the Disneyland Resort, Chrystal!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
