How hard is it to change the party size on a dining reservation. For example we were planning to travel with another family making us a party of 14 however it looks like they may not be able to make it which would make us a party of 6.

Hello Jona, thanks for stopping by with your question.

I think you will be happy to know that is a whole lot easier reducing your party size than trying to add more to it.  All you will need to do is call 407-WDW-DINE and the Cast Member assisting you will be able to change the number of people dining on each reservation.  It's really as simple as that!

I hope this helps ease your mind!  If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
