    Happy St. Patrick's Day...looking to make a purchase from a store in the marketplace (Tren-D). Can this be done by phone? e-mail? Thank you.

    Tren-D is a super cool store and I love shopping there!  You can contact Merchandise Guest Services by phone at 407-363-6200 or by email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com.   When you call be sure to give them as many details as possible about the item(s) you would like to order. If you have the SKU #, that would be super helpful when Cast Members are searching for your item.

    You can purchase items with a credit card.  Shipping and handling charges are added to the cost of your purchases. 

    As you could imagine, they get tons of emails and sometimes have to research items before getting back to guests so don't despair if you don't get an answer right away.

    I have always had great success with Merchandise Guest Services and hope you do too. Happy shopping :-)
