Hi, Elizabeth!
That's a great port adventure to enjoy along with your already magical voyage on the Disney Cruise! I had a chance to chat with another DCL mom who has specifically enjoyed Xcaret, and she did mention that there are quite a few things for toddlers to do on this adventure! Families get to float in an underground river, and your family will also have plenty of time to enjoy the beach. As far as the Museum of Archeological Sites, I think the parents and older kids will get more out of that. But with plenty to view and explore, I think you'll find something to keep your toddler quite busy.
While on Cozumel, you might also want to check out the Beach Break port adventure. It's a pretty cool kids' water park and also a beautiful beach where everyone can play and burn off energy. Or, you can simply relax on the beach and enjoy the soothing breeze and the warm rays of the sun.
I hope that this information helps. Come back and let us know if you need additional feedback.
Have a magical day! Dolly M.
