    Hi! What happens to the tickets purchased if a guest on my plans can’t make it? These included 2 1 day tickets and Boo Bash ticket.

    I'm sorry your friend is missing out on spinning in teacups, plummeting down mountains, and seeing Mickey. 

    Theme park tickets, while not refundable, may be applied toward a future ticket. Be sure to change the date on the ticket and cancel any Disney Park Pass reservations before the scheduled arrival date. An unused park ticket may also be reassigned if you have another friend or family member who would like to make the trip. 

    Tickets for the Disney After Hours Boo Bash are a bit trickier. The purchase site states they are "nontransferable and nonrefundable," but it can't hurt to speak to a Cast Member to see if you can reassign the one purchased for your friend. Call the existing ticket line at (407) 566-4985 for assistance.
