Hi Yukie!
Welcome to planDisney! There are plenty of magical memories to be made during a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I hope that everyone in your family is well enough to enjoy your trip.
Yukie, Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, however, you
may be able to modify the dates of your date-based tickets to use in the future as long as the tickets have been used. If the dates that you change to in the future cost more money, you would need to pay the difference. You could also r
eassign an unused ticket to another person on your
Family and Friends List if you'd like. If you need to either modify or reassign your tickets, you can access your park tickets in your My Disney Experience account on the
Walt Disney World Resort website or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. You can also
contact a Cast Member in Existing Tickets for additional help if needed.
There are so many exciting things happening at Walt Disney World Resort that no matter when you visit, you'll be sure to enjoy familiar favorites as well as new experiences! On April 10th,
1900 Park Fare is re-opening at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. This character dining experience
features an all-new character line-up including Tiana, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Aladdin. This summer,
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be debuting at Magic Kingdom Park and the
Country Bear Musical Jamboree will also be returning this year with new numbers to delight guests.
Yukie, I hope this information helps you plan for your upcoming trip and rest easy knowing that options exist if you need to change your vacation plans. Please know that you are always welcome to be our guest here at planDisney and we hope that you come back with any other vacation planning questions you have in the future!
Cheers,
Kristi
