What happens is someone else's magic band got scanned other than the person who had the memory maker, will I still be able to get the photos added to our memory maker?

Hello Regina, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am glad to hear that you had a great time at recently at the Walt Disney World Resort. It sounds like you made lots of memories during your magical vacation. If someone in your travel party, on your reservation, had their MagicBand scanned by a PhotoPass Photographer and they were not the owner of the Memory Maker, the photo will be in your account.

If they are not on your reservation, but they are friends or family members, you can still connect to them through your My Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience and add their photos to your account. You would want to send them an invitation to connect and once they accept, they can give permission to share their “My PhotoPass Photos” with you. This will allow you to access and add the photo to your account. Please note: photos are only available for up to 30 days in their PhotoPass account, so you will want to contact them quickly.

If you have missing photos, you can complete a missing photo report online or contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at (407)560-4300 for assistance in locating your missing memories.
