What happens if I show up with an extra person in our party and they can't seat us? Will I get charged the cancelation fee??

    Hi Andrea!

I've had both of these scenarios happen to me on many occassions; I either meet up with someone I know at the park and take them with me to dinner, OR someone I thought was coming to dinner with me has to cancel for some reason.

I would try to call Disney Dining at 407-939-1947 to try to add the additional person to your reservations.  I have never had an issue bringing an additional person with me to a dinner.  I don't make it common practice because I know that the restaurant may have to adjust their seating arrangements to accommodate the larger party.  However, the magic of Disney does reach their restaurants and the Castmembers always try to make their guests happy.  Please keep in mind that you'll probably have a longer wait for your table while adjustments are being made.

I hope this helps.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a magical day!
