What happens if I have reservations but am sick on my scheduled day? Can I reschedule?

    Hey Ian!

    Welcome to planDisney!

An adventure awaits at the happiest place on earth! It’s such an exciting time to visit right now because the holiday season has begun at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I am counting down the days until my next visit and I cannot wait to see the Christmas decorations in the parks. I hope you are planning to visit during this magical time so that you too can experience the festive fun.

I am glad to hear that you already have your theme park tickets and theme park reservations. If you need to cancel a theme park reservation for whatever reason, you should do so by 11:59 PM on the day before your scheduled visit. Your theme park ticket continues to be valid up until its expiration date. Once you cancel a reservation you are free to create a new one for a different day. If your ticket were to expire before you could use it you would then receive the value paid towards the purchase of a new ticket.

Well Ian, let us know if you have any more questions about your trip!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
