What happens if my reservation is not paid in full by due date?

Melissa, welcome to planDisney; the most magical place on the internet to get answers to your Disney vacation questions. It is always best to know the rules when it comes to staying on Disney Property and paying for your Disney Resort Hotel package or room-only reservation. Let's get you squared away before your balance is due.

Guests who are unable to pay the balance of their Disney vacation or room-only reservation by their due date are subject to cancellation and any money paid toward the vacation is nonrefundable. If this is your situation then I suggest you contact Guest Services with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to discuss the issue at least 31 days before your check-in date. Please read the Walt Disney Travel Company Terms and Conditions for Walt Disney World® Resort which gives you all the details.

planDisney Pro Tip: If you have to cancel a vacation package, call a Cast Member. Cast Members are very understanding and may be able to assist you in moving the reservation and avoiding penalties but that is not a guarantee. I would ask them for the most accommodating solutions.

Melissa, I hope this information helps as you prepare for your upcoming July Disney adventure. Feel free to write me back directly with any follow-up questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
