    What happens when I receive my tags but don’t know my stateroom number

    Welcome to planDisney, Jodi!

    Hakuna Matata! It means, no worries…for your luggage to get to your stateroom. The porters at the cruise terminal can write your stateroom number on your luggage tag once you arrive, since you will have it by then. Make sure that you don't pack your travel documentation and other important items in your checked luggage. Once you hand it over to the porters, you will not have access to the luggage until it is delivered to your stateroom. I like to keep my portable cell phone charger and my needed medications in my carry-on.

    Don't forget to download or update the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before you embark, Jodi. You will have access to the onboard activities and your rotational dining schedule once you are onboard. I hope you have an amazing vacation on Disney Cruise Line!
