Hi Rodrigo! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I've always wanted to combine a Walt Disney World trip with a voyage on Disney Cruise Line. I hope you are excited about your upcoming land and sea vacation! Let's dive into your question and get you ready for your visit next year!
When purchasing
date-based park tickets, you will be allotted a specified amount of time to use them before they expire. If you decide on a 4-day ticket, you will have to use them all before you head on the ship, since you won't return from your Disney Cruise Line vacation until after this date. If you plan to visit the parks upon your return, I suggest purchasing a 3-day park ticket to use before your cruise and a single-day ticket for when you return. The cost will be slightly more, but this will ensure that you can visit the parks on the dates you are available.
If you plan on spending time in the Magic Kingdom, I hope you get a chance to ride
TRON Lightcycle / Run! This brand-new attraction recently opened in Tomorrowland and has quickly become one of my favorite rides. I won't spoil any of it, but be ready for a thrilling experience when you get in line!
Rodrigo, I hope you have a magical time during this amazing trip you have planned. Relaxing on a Disney Cruise Line sailing after spending some time in the parks is the perfect idea!
