Hi there, Mina!
Since the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopened in 2021, each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a
theme park reservation. To simplify acquiring both, when you go through the process of purchasing your theme park ticket in the
Disneyland mobile app or
online, selecting dates also books your park reservations. And if you purchase a one-day ticket, the date selection also makes sure you purchase the correct ticket tier for the date of your visit.
Although tickets are nonrefundable, unused tickets remain valid for several months after purchase. For example, standard theme park tickets purchased today are valid through December 30, 2023, for one-day tickets. Standard multi-day tickets purchased today must be used within 13 days of the first use or by January 12, 2024, whichever comes first. If you plan to purchase a
Summer 2022 California Resident 3-Day Ticket, you may use those three days on any valid and
available date through September 15, 2022. If you purchase your ticket directly through Disney, you may even be able to
use it after it expires if it was wholly unused before then. I understand that life sometimes gets in the way of a day of fun. Should something happen to delay your visit to the Disneyland Resort, there are flexible options available to enjoy using your theme park ticket in the future.
I hope you have a magical time, Mina!
