What happens if you lose your wrist band? Are you able to replace them?

    Hey Bonnie-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love this question because it was the first thing on my mind when the technology was introduced in late 2012 and early 2013. MagicBand is a water-proof wearable technology and is your Key to the Kingdom. Through MagicBand, your tickets, resort room key, Disney PhotoPass Service images and videos, FastPass+ reservations and dining reservations are all kept in one place. The MagicBand utilizes radio frequency technology allowing you to "touch" your way into your room, attractions and even purchase meals and merchandise. Your MagicBand keeps everything at arms reach. There is no personal information stored within the MagicBand. A random code securely links to an encrypted database storing your information. If your MagicBand is lost head to Guest Relations at any theme park or resort concierge desk and receive another. You may also purchase MagicBands at most merchandise locations in the the parks. You will need to link your new MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account either online or at Guest Relations. Rest assured the special digital encoding will prevent the individual who finds it access to your personal data. Please let us know if you have any more questions. We are happy to help.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
