What happens if i forgot my pin number that i had attached to my magic band for purchases

    Hi John!

Thanks for your question. Disney MagicBands makes life so convenient when at Disney World! From access to the resort hotel, to dining, to theme park entry, to purchasing, it provides all the convenience Guests would come to expect when staying at Disney. Now, if only I could use the MagicBand in every aspect of my life, I'd be all set! :-)

So if you forget your PIN Code Number for MagicBand purchases, no worries! Disney Guest Services can assist you in this area! You can either contact Disney Guest Services at (407) 939-4357, or, if you're at your home resort, you can get with a Cast Member at the Front Desk, they'll be more than happy to help you reset your PIN code so you can continue to make purchases. You can also go to any Guest Services station within the theme parks as well. This has happened on more than one occasion for me, and Guest Services has always been incredibly helpful in getting this corrected for me.

    Have a magical day!
