Ahoy there, Kuei-Chun! Thank you for sailing by planDisney. I hate that you had issues when you tried to complete Online Check-In. You can contact Disney Cruise Line directly if you would like to check in before you head to the cruise terminal on embarkation day.

If you do not complete Online Check-In, you must arrive at the cruise terminal no sooner than 90 minutes before the published all aboard time on embarkation day and no later than the published all aboard time. You will need to physically present all citizenship documentation for each Guest in your traveling party and the method of payment for your onboard account. Once the check-in process is complete, it's time to start your magical vacation!

Don't forget to download or update the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you can connect to the DCL-GUEST wireless network once you are onboard. You will find your rotational dining schedule and the list of onboard activities in the app.
