    What happens to my Disney park tickets if we have to cancel because of COVID?

I am happy to hear that you’re planning a Disney vacation soon, but of course, these are unprecedented times, and changes are often necessary! I completely understand wanting to be sure that your investment is secure, so I will try to give you all the details I have at my disposal!


    If a given Theme Park Ticket is assigned to a particular Guest, it will remain assigned to them unless it is reassigned. You can accomplish this via your My Disney Experience account or via telephone by contacting Disney Reservations. If the Ticket remains unused and expires, you can reuse its value in the future toward the purchase of a new Ticket! The value paid toward this Ticket will not expire! You may contact Disney Reservations to apply the value paid toward your Ticket toward purchasing a new Ticket. This applies primarily to Tickets purchased directly from Walt Disney World.
