Welcome to planDisney, Jeffrey!
Wow, your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation is fast approaching. Like Princess Tiana, I bet you're singing, "I'm almost there!" There's so much to see and experience for the Holiday season. I hope you get to enjoy the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. It's so much fun strolling around World Showcase, learning about the different Holiday traditions from around the globe, and trying some delicious food and drink along the way. During this time of the year, I'm partial to the gingerbread ice cream from
L'Artisan des Glaces in the France pavilion. C'est magnifique!
But "let's get down to business." Jeffrey,
theme park reservations are separate from dining reservations. Therefore, if you cancel your theme park reservation, you will still have to cancel your dining reservation. You can do that easily through your My Disney Experience account, either using your internet browser or the app. But before you do that, I would check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure there is availability at the new theme park you'd like to make reservations for.
I hope that's helpful, Jeffrey. Since we're on a gingerbread theme, have you ever visited
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa during the Christmas season? There's a huge life-sized gingerbread house that's made with more than 10,000 individual pieces of gingerbread! This year, it has 23 hidden Mickeys for you to find (one for each year the house has been on display). You can even purchase a delicious gingerbread shingle to take home with you (or devour on the spot!).
I trust you'll have a great time, Jeffrey! Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
Mike
