    What happens if we can't use our tickets will I be able to get refund? I have 4 2 day park hopper tickets. They were due to expire Jan 12 2021 and are unused.?

    I hope you’re getting ready to enjoy the holidays! Although we’re going to miss Holidays at the Disneyland Resort this year, I’ve been bringing a lot of the Holiday Park Merchandise home from shopDisney. My family got these awesome matching Christmas sweaters that will most likely make it on our Christmas card next year! It’s definitely helped us bring a little bit of the magic home. 

    I’m so sorry that you haven't been able to use your tickets. I’ve cancelled 4 Disney Trips myself this year so I know the feeling. I see that your tickets have an expiration date of January 12, 2021. I’ve got some great news for you! The Disneyland Resort recently updated their policy on expiring tickets. Your tickets will now be valid until December 16, 2020. You’ll still have 13 days to use all of the days but the last day of use is December 16, 2020 so make sure to plan ahead so that you are able to use all of your days before the last day of use. To be the first to know when the parks will reopen so you can plan your trip, be sure to keep in touch with the Disney Parks Blog!
