    Hello! What happens if I can’t get a reservation for the day I purchased my ticket for?

    Greetings Victoria,

    Thank you so much for taking the time to visit us at planDisney today. Welcome! Can you believe we are just days away from the reopening of Disneyland Resort? I’m so excited!

    Before purchasing your tickets, I recommend taking a look at the Theme Park availability calendar. This is the best way to check for Theme Park Reservation availability before actually purchasing your tickets. Once you have confirmed that there is availability to reserve your park days, you will want to link your tickets to your Disney account as soon as you receive them. After linking your tickets, you will then be able to make your park reservations. 

    Victoria, please keep in mind that Theme Park reservations are subject to availability. As The Happiest Place on Earth reopens, many Guests are also finding their way back “home”. It may be common to see different tiered days fill up. Hakuna Matata though, I just know you will find your way back to the land of Magic!

    Please let us know if you need any additional help. I do recommend taking another quick look at the Theme Park Reservation process before purchasing your tickets, just so that you are ready to schedule your days, after completing your purchase.
