Hey there, hi there Rose! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.
During this exciting reopening period, there are several handy mouseketools in place to make your
Disneyland Resort dreams come true. The
theme park reservation system helps manage and limit capacity in both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. As soon as you purchase tickets, you'll have the opportunity to reserve your theme park day in advance. The
availability calendar shows which parks are still accepting reservations, so it's a good idea to check this out before finalizing your purchase since
Disneyland tickets are non-refundable.
If you buy tickets and aren't able to use them for the day you hoped, your tickets will still be valid for
any day in the same or lower Tier. Let's say you want to visit on a specific Tier 3 day and purchase single-day tickets accordingly, but aren't able to travel to the theme parks as planned. Hakuna Matata! You can still use these tickets to reserve a future day in Tier 1, 2, or 3.
I hope this is helpful, Rose. Mickey Mouse and his pals can't wait to
welcome you back to a land of magic. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and we'll see ya real soon!
