Hey Terri!
Welcome to
planDisney!
I am so glad you brought your question to us today. If you’ve purchased a
theme park ticket and have made a theme park reservation and need to cancel your reservation , you’ll have some options as to how you can proceed. If your ticket is a multi-day ticket and you already used one of the days, then you would need to use any remaining days 13 days from the first day of use. Any unused days would be forfeited.
If your ticket is whole and unused, you can schedule another trip for another day up until your ticket expires. You can check the expiration date on the Disneyland Mobile app by clicking on the “hamburger” in the lower right hand corner and then clicking Tickets and Passes. On the web, you can check on your Disneyland Account by hovering over My Disneyland and clicking Ticket and Reservation Details. If you’re having a hard time finding that information, go ahead and give Ticket Services a call and they can tell you exactly when it expires. If you can’t visit the parks before your ticket expires don’t worry, the amount you paid for your ticket will turn into a credit that you can use towards the purchase of admission and the credit never expires. The credit will be linked and remain on your Disneyland Account until it is used.
Well Terri, let us know if you have any additional questions.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
