Hi Toni,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here at planDisney with your great question. I am so sorry to see that you haven't been able to use your
Theme Park Tickets just yet, but hopefully you will be able to visit Disneyland Resort shortly!
Since the temporary closure of
Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets have automatically had the expiry date extended to December 16, 2021. I suggest linking your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disney Account to see if the date has been updated. Once you have your Theme Park Tickets linked, you should be able to make
Theme Park Reservations for the days you are planning on visiting Disneyland Resort. Guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation, so be sure to make your Theme Park Reservation as soon as possible. If you are unable to link your Theme Park Ticket or would like more information concerning your specific Theme Park Tickets, I suggest calling
Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to help in real time.
I noticed that you are from Canada, Toni. While Disneyland Resort opens today for out-of-state guests, as Canadians, we still have some travel restrictions that may prevent us from getting back to the Happiest Place on Earth as soon as we would like. If your Theme Park Tickets happen to expire before you are able to return to Disneyland Resort, you will be able to use the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Ticket toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets.
Sending extra Pixie Dust in hope that you will be making magical memories at Disneyland Resort soon, Toni. If you have any other questions please feel free to come back to
planDisney, we are happy to help!
