Season's Greetings, Debbie! Celebrating the most wonderful time of the year at the Most Magical Place on Earth sounds extra magical, and I'm happy to chat with you today about all the merry magic of the
holiday season at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Debbie, visiting Magic Kingdom Park traditionally offers guests some exclusive Christmas Day entertainment that is otherwise exclusive to guests who attend
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. While the 2025 details haven't been released yet, usually this includes a daytime showing of Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and a nighttime viewing of Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks. I recommend keeping an eye on the official
Park Hours & Events Calendar to find exact offerings and times for this year, and also following the
Disney Parks Blog for any other holiday announcements! Keep in mind that Christmas Day is one of the busiest days of the year at Walt Disney World, so you'll want to arrive early for these seasonal events to secure a prime viewing spot!
Debbie, while you're decking the halls with holiday spirit, be sure to check out a few of my favorites:
- Gingerbread house displays at select Disney Resort hotels, including Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort! These displays combine artistry and imagination to bring the holidays to life!
- Minnie's Holiday Dine at Hollywood and Vine offers character entertainment with Minnie Mouse and pals dressed in their holiday best!
- EPCOT Candlelight Processional brings the story of Christmas to life with guest narrators, music, and so much joy!
I hope this helps, Debbie, and I hope you make the merriest, most magical memories on your Christmas visit! If you have any other questions, come see us again anytime here at
planDisney!
Happy Holidays,
Alison
