    What happened to the new website?? I was using it to schedule my reservations for our trip in April and now it has disappeared, am I looking in the wrong place?

    Hey Erin!

    Thank you so much for coming to see us today!  The My Disney Experience portal is just starting to roll out on the Walt Disney World website.  I have noticed it will load for one visit to the general Walt Disney World website and then the next time I login, it is the standard Walt Disney World site.  I have a feeling they are just making some tweaks and adjustments to the site as they test it.  In the meantime, you should be able to access your reservation information through the site.  Simply click on the 'My Reservations" tab on the homepage.  You may need to manually enter any reservations using the reservation code found in your confirmation emails.
