Hello, Pauline!
I am happy to hear you are starting to pre-plan your dining options for your next
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It is great to have a holiday on the calendar, so you have a little magic to research and look forward to as you count down.
I believe you are asking about Brunch at the Top, which was offered at
California Grill in Disney's Contemporary Resort. It was a delicious, all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet and sadly it has not returned since the pandemic closure. While you won't find something exactly like it currently, I am happy to provide some options for a delicious brunch and a great way to view fireworks during your next trip "home."
Steakhouse 71, also located in Disney's Contemporary Resort has a superb breakfast. I recommend Walt's Prime Rib Hash or the Floridian Eggs Benedict. Just a short monorail ride away, you'll find the
Grand Floridian Cafe. If you are visiting on Saturday or Sunday, I recommend the Brunch menu at
Chef Art Smith's Homecoming in The Landing at Disney Springs. The whole menu is incredible, but I really enjoyed the Key Lime Berry Parfait. Yum!
Now, for fireworks viewing, there are also a few options. You can book California Grill for dinner around the scheduled fireworks for Magic Kingdom Park. There are also spectacular spots to enjoy a sweet treat and fireworks with one of the
dessert parties or a
fireworks dining package. My favorite option, however, is a
private specialty cruise.
Happy planning, Pauline! If you have any other questions or concerns, please come see us again. If I don't have the pleasure of helping you again before your vacation, I hope it's wonderful!
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
