    What happen to the Magic Kingdom welcome show? I notice that it has been removed from plans stating that it would be happening past September 27th?

    Hi Lori ~

    Thank you for coming back to us with another question! The Magic Kingdom Welcome Show is always a great way to kick off a magical day! This show involves the characters and performers arriving on the Walt Disney World Railroad at the Main Street, U.S.A. Station and welcoming Guests before they head into the park.

    If the Walt Disney World Railroad is undergoing maintenance (scheduled or unscheduled) or closed for refurbishment, they are unable to perform the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show. Once the maintenance or refurbishment is complete, the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show will return.

    Please feel free to visit us again with all of your last minute planning questions. We will be hEAR for you up until you embark on your pixie dusted trail!
