Welcome to planDisney, Ingrid!
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are my favorite time to be in the park. The minimal crowd levels really do make you feel like you've got the park to yourself. This benefit is available to Guests staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort or other select hotels. I have an upcoming trip and I'm staying at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I'm really looking forward to taking advantage of this amazing benefit.
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are available at select theme parks on select nights. Currently, these extended hours tend to be on Mondays at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom Park on Wednesdays. However, those nights are subject to change, Ingrid. Therefore, if Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is taking place on a Wednesday,
Magic Kingdom Park will not have Extended Evening Theme Park Hours that night, since Guests with a standard ticket need to exit the park at 6:00 PM. It's possible they'll move Extended Evening Theme Park Hours to another night that week, Ingrid. Who knows? If I were you, I'd just keep an eye on the theme park calendar in the build-up to your trip.
If you can spare a few pennies, I highly recommend attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. It's such a unique and fun event! The fireworks and parade are spectacular and the crowd levels are really low. It's frightfully fun! You won't regret it.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Ingrid.
