How do you handle checkin and ME if people in the same room are arriving at different times? Myself and DD will already be in Orlando and will take alt transp. My husband and DD will be arriving with ME the next day. How do we handle this situation? Thanks

Hi Deborah and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I frequently travel to the Walt Disney World Resort with a group of my friends. We all arrive and depart at separate times. I have always called Disney's Magical Express and spoken with one of their excellent Cast Members to make more complicated arrangements. Fortunately, I think Disney's Magical Express is accustomed to groups having a variety of arrival and departure times.

The phone number to arrange Disney's Magical Express is (407) 939-1936. Be sure to have flight numbers available when you call. On your departure day, I recommend taking advantage of Resort Airline Check-In. As long as you are traveling with a participating airline you can check your bags through to your destination before you leave your resort.

Deborah, thank you for visiting us again with another great question. Be sure to let us know if we can help you with any other questions.
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
