Do handicap vehicles have to pay for parking

Hey there, Thomas. Welcome to planDisney!

Are you getting so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation? December is such a magical time to be there. The Walt Disney World Theme Parks are all dressed up in their holiday best, it is so festive and fun.

If you are a guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, then one of the perks for you is complimentary theme park parking at each of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. If you are staying off-property, then you will need to pay for parking. Standard theme park parking runs about $25.00 per day although keep in mind that prices are subject to change without notice. If you have a valid disability parking permit then you'll be able to park in the designated handicapped parking areas which are close to the entrance of the theme parks. When you pay for parking, you can mention to the Cast Member helping you that you need to park in that area and they will direct you on where to go. Also, there are signs throughout that area which make it really easy to find.

I hope this helps, Thomas. If you have more questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation, please feel free to reach back out to me. I'm happy to help.

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
