I have handicap tax how much do I have to pay to park

Hi there, Debbie! Welcome to planDisney

Debbie, most of the time I drive myself to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I enjoy the convenience of having my own vehicle to get around. I always like to pack a small cooler of bottled water to leave in my car for when I return. It's nice to have a cold, hydrating beverage waiting on me after a long day at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.

If you are a Guest staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels then you will receive complimentary theme park parking at all four of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. If you are staying off property then you will have to pay for parking, even with your handicap tag. Parking at Walt Disney World is separated into two categories. Standard theme park parking is $25.00 per day and preferred parking is anywhere from $45.00 to $50.00 per day. Please keep in mind that prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

With your handicap tag, you will be able to park in the disability parking lot that is located a lot closer to the front entrance of the park. After you've paid, there will be signs that you'll follow that will direct you to those areas. Also, the Cast Member helping you will be able to point you in the right direction as well.

I hope this helps, Debbie. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and ask me

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
