    Where are the handicap rooms located at the Beach Club? We have a garden view room reserved for 10 nights in November. I would like the ground floor, but I don't want a noisy area.

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Wow!  Ten nights at Walt Disney World.  Does it get any better than this?  I think not, so let's get started.  

    I highly recommend calling (407)939-7675 and speaking to a Cast Member.  He/She will be able to submit a request with your reservation number.  Disney will do everything they can to honor that request.  Again, call the above number and voice your concern.  Have your reservation number handy in order to speed things along.
