Jane from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is there handicap pre board available for boarding the wish?

Ahoy Jane - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for swimming by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Disney Cruise Line adventures!

The brand-new Disney Wish is such a beautiful addition to the Disney Cruise Line fleet and I'm so excited that you'll get to experience it next month! I've now enjoyed two sailings on the Wish, and I can say that it also ups the ante on accessibility.

Jane, unless you've requested and been granted unique Special Services, priority or pre-boarding is not typically available for Guests with mobility aids, mostly because it isn't really necessary. The port is fully accessible for Guests using a mobility aid like a wheelchair, but if you feel you may need additional accommodations, you should contact Disney Cruise Line Special Services to learn more.

I hope this information helps your planning efforts – stop by any time with additional questions! Oh, and before I forget, make sure to check out all the magical excitement surrounding Disney Cruise Line’s Silver Anniversary at Sea!

    Bon voyage!
