Hey there, Kayla!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm super excited to hear about your upcoming Disneyland Resort adventure with your Mouseketeers during the
holiday season! The Happiest Place On Earth is all about creating magical memories, and it's fantastic that you're planning ahead to make your visit as smooth as Buzz Lightyear's intergalactic voyages!
Kayla, just like how Andy's toys take care of each other, the Disneyland Resort takes special care of each guest. That's why I'm here to guide you through the
Disability Access Service (DAS) that the Disneyland Resort offers. You can always rest assured that
everyone is welcome!
For your convenience, you can pre-register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) 2 to 30 days before your trip. I suggest scheduling a
live video chat with a Cast Member to begin the process about 2 weeks before you plan to visit. No medical documentation is necessary, and the Cast Member on the call will go to infinity and beyond to make sure your accommodations are as magical as possible.
You can also call them at (407) 560-2547 or email
disability.services@disneyland.com.
Another option is to request DAS in person at any
Guest Service Desk at the Resort.
Pro tip: I find that
Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street at
Disney California Adventure Park tends to have the shortest wait times!
I hope I've been as helpful as Woody is to the rest of Andy's toys, Kayla! Don't hesitate to
follow up with me if you need any further assistance. I'd love to share my favorite
tips and
tricks for visiting the Disneyland Resort!
You've got a friend in me,
Danielle
