    If we hand Mickey a letter in person in the Magic Kingdom, will he write a letter back? We realize he will reply if we send a letter ahead of time.

    Hi Jared:

    I would not count on Mickey or a character being able to respond to a letter that was personally handed to them.  Characters greet a large number of guests on a daily basis, and it's unlikely they have the ability or capacity to accept letters, gifts, or other items handed to them.  Mickey and other characters love signing autographs and taking pictures in person, so make sure you have your autograph book, pen, and camera ready.  Fellow Moms panelist Raquel recently gave a good tip on securing an autograph character picture.
