Boo to You, Jennifer!
I’m so thrilled that you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World during "spooky season" - what a fang-tastic time to experience the magic! Even if you’re not planning to attend
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, there are plenty of ways to celebrate the Halloween spirit throughout the parks.
During the fall season,
Magic Kingdom Park transforms into a pumpkin-filled wonderland, with Main Street, U.S.A. decked out in festive decorations. You’ll feel the Halloween spirit as soon as you step through the gates! I’m always excited to find out what Halloween-themed snacks and treats will be available throughout the parks and resorts. This year, I can't wait to try the
DOLE Whip Mango and Chamoy Float from
Aloha Isle - it looks amazing! From pumpkin spiced treats to spooky cupcakes, there’s something for every sweet tooth!
Halloween-themed
PhotoPass filters, known for adding that extra touch of spooky fun to your photos, are a special treat during the Halloween season at Walt Disney World. During Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, there are several unique PhotoPass opportunities that are only available to party guests. These include special Magic Shots featuring characters like the Hitchhiking Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion, spooky effects, and even themed props you can pose with.
In addition to the party-exclusive options, some Halloween-themed Magic Shots and filters are also available to all guests visiting Magic Kingdom during the Halloween season, which typically runs from mid-August through October 31. These might include seasonal overlays, spooky animations, and other festive touches in select locations around the park.
To make sure you’re capturing all the Halloween magic, check the
My Disney Experience app for available PhotoPass locations and ask the photographers about any special shots or filters they can offer. Whether you’re attending the party or just enjoying the park during the day, there’s plenty of Halloween fun to add to your photos!
Happy Halloween!
