Ahoy there, Andrea!
Welcome aboard planDisney! A 3-night sailing can feel like it goes by faster than a ride on the AquaMouse, so I completely understand wanting to know which night calls for pirate gear and which one is reserved for some Halloween hijinks
aboard the Disney Wish!
The good news is that you should have two opportunities to break out the costumes, because the current plan has
Pirate Night and Halloween on the High Seas scheduled on separate nights. On Day 2, after a fun-filled day exploring Nassau, it will be time to don your best swashbuckling garb for Pirate Night. Then, on Day 3, you’ll spend the day at beautiful
Castaway Cay before returning to the ship for a spooktacular evening that includes Mickey’s Mouse-querade and trick-or-treating. That gives you a little more breathing room with the costume planning instead of having to choose between Captain Jack Sparrow and the Sanderson Sisters on the same night!
Any time I’m sailing with Disney is a great time, but
Halloween on the High Seas is extra special. I love all the ghostly activities and hauntingly fun décor that pop up around the ship, and there are plenty of opportunities to get into the Halloween spirit throughout the evening. With so much happening, be sure to check out your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard the Wish so you can keep track of everything you want to experience and make the most of your short sailing.
I hope this helps take a little of the guesswork out of your costume planning and leaves you with plenty of room in the suitcase for both pirate treasure and Halloween treats!
Sea ya real soon as summer waves goodbye and autumn magic begins to shine,
Dustin
