    When does Halloween decorations do up this year?

    Welcome to planDisney, Jodi! Thanks so much for asking this question. I'm happy to hear you're interested in visiting The Happiest Place on Earth during spooky season!

    Unfortunately, we don't have a date yet for when Halloween will arrive at the Disneyland Resort. In 2021, the Halloween decorations arrived on September 3rd. I especially love Haunted Mansion Holiday and decorations in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure Park! When Halloween does arrive, there will be no tricks and lots of yummy treats! I would recommend checking Disney Parks Blog and planDisney on Instagram often for the latest news about Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.

    As you are planning, I wanted to make sure you are aware that you can make advanced dining reservations 60 days before your arrival. Once you have determined the dates you will visit, I would suggest setting a calendar reminder to make theme park reservations. These are required and can be made up to 120 days in advance.
