Are there half- day tickets that can be purchased? We won't be arriving until mid-day and would like to not have to buy a full ticket. We are purchasing a 2 day 1 park ticket but don't want to have to pay for 3 full days since one day will be cut short.

    Hello Donna!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort this May! It truly is “The Happiest Place on Earth!”

Unfortunately there isn’t a half day park ticket option, but the price does go down per day when purchasing multiple days. If you get a 3 Day tickets, the price is considerably less than 3 single day tickets. To save money, you can skip the Park Hopper option if you don’t think you will be going to multiple parks each day as well.

My family and I usually buy the 2 Day, one park per day option and if we have an extra day, we use that to explore the resort. Walking around the grounds of our own resort, spending time at the pools or even resort hopping where we go to the neighboring hotels and explore. We also like to spend time exploring Downtown Disney District. My boys love ESPN Zone and I love shopping, so it’s win-win.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you are planning your magical visit.

    See you real soon!
